Piekenierskloof Fm:
LITHOLOGY = The rift fill consists of coarse-grained sandstones, conglomerates and subordinate mudstones. Approximate depth based on Klipheuwel and Piekenierskloof outcrop is about 3 km, and basin area is typically 1500–2000 km^2.
CALIBRATION = 30% up in the Early Ordovician (placed mid-way between formations).
